Hosting Account(s) Terms
For each site, you will need a separate hosting account. Hosting charge is shown on a per month basis; it is to be paid in full at the beginning of each yearly hosting period. If you would like to have your site content and files backed-up nightly to prevent the loss of your site in the event of the hosting company’s servers crashing or another event that cause loss of your data, please let Matthew know. For $2/month you can have your site backed-up on a nightly basis. Matthew is not responsible for the loss of the data. It is at your sole discretion to add the backup option to your account. If you choose to no longer keep your hosting account, please make contact with Matthew in the time frame and in the specified way(s) listed below in the Cancellation Policy. The 99.9% up-time is based on the hosting company’s advertisement; Matthew is in no way responsible for their servers and their online status.
Each domain is to be paid in full at the beginning of each yearly domain period. Rates are subject to change from year to year due to the registrar’s domain rate changes. Domains are automatically re-registered 14 days prior to there expiration date to insure that you do not lose your domain. If you choose to no longer keep your domain, please make contact with Matthew in the time frame and in the specified way(s) listed below in the Cancellation Policy.
