End Of Semester

It is drawing near to the end of the semester. I have a lot of projects, assignments, tests, quizzes, and final exams to do in such a small amount of time. All of this work has brought a load of stress. But I try to know worry about. I try my best to just place this load in God’s hands; it is much easier that way. I just pray that I do not forget something major. I have to keep my head up. The finish line is so near. I cannot do it alone; I must depend on God to carry me the whole way. God’s Word tells that He will not and cannot fail us. I believe that.

Please pray for me. I would appreciate it. Is there anything that you need prayer for? I would be glad to pray for you.

Words For Each of You

The lyrics in the song “The Words I Would Say” are words that encourage me and remind me how much God has done for me and through me.  They also remind me of what potential God has!  I pray that theses words will also speak to you the way they have to me.  Stay strong in the Lord…never give up hope…God has an awesome plan over your life!

Three in the morning,
And I’m still awake,
So I picked up a pen and a page,
And I started writing,
Just what I’d say,
If we were face to face,
I’d tell you just what you mean to me,
I’d tell you these simple truths,

Be strong in the Lord and,
Never give up hope,
You’re going to do great things,
I already know,
God’s got His hand on you so,
Don’t live life in fear,
Forgive and forget,
But don’t forget why you’re here,
Take your time and pray,
These are the words I would say,

Last time we spoke,
You said you were hurting,
And I felt your pain in my heart,
I want to tell you,
That I keep on praying,
Love will find you where you are,
I know cause I’ve already been there,
So please hear these simple truths,

Be strong in the Lord and,
Never give up hope,
You’re going to do great things,
I already know,
God’s got His hand on you so,
Don’t live life in fear,
Forgive and forget,
But don’t forget why you’re here,
Take your time and pray,
These are the words I would say,

From one simple life to another,
I will say,
Come find peace in the Father,

Be strong in the Lord and,
Never give up hope,
You’re going to do great things,
I already know,
God’s got His hand on you so,
Don’t live life in fear,
Forgive and forget,
But don’t forget why you’re here,
Take your time and pray,
Thank God for each day,
His love will find a way,
These are the words I would say

How to Make a Good Password and Protect It

A password needs to be unique.  A unique password is very important, because it is what keeps personal information secure.

Below are tips on how to create a secure password and keep bots from guessing your password.

- Be creative. Don’t use words that can be found in a dictionary.
- Use at least six characters.
- Don’t use a password that you have used elsewhere.
- Don’t use keyboard patterns (asdf) or sequential numbers (1234).
- Create an acronym. Don’t use a common one, like NASA or SCUBA. Don’t make your password solely an acronym, combine it with numbers and punctuation marks.
- Include punctuation marks. Mix capital and lowercase letters. Include numbers.
- Include similar looking substitutions, such as the number zero for the letter ‘O’ or $ for the letter ‘S’.
- Include phonetic replacements, such as ‘Luv 2 Laf’ for ‘Love to Laugh.’
- Don’t make your password all numbers, all uppercase letters, or all lowercase letters.
- Find ways of collecting random letters and numbers, such as opening books, looking at license plates or taking the third letter from the first ten words you see.
- Don’t use repeating characters (aa11).
- Don’t use a password that is listed as an example of how to pick a good password.

Tips for keeping your password secure:

- Never tell anyone your password. Don’t write it down.
- Never send your password by email.
- Periodically change your password.
